I ♥ Blueberry Muffins

“Satisfying us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all of our days.” PSALM 90:4 ESV

Fresh-picked or frozen, just can’t get enough of those blueberries!
I ♥ Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
    Sift together: 
    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  2. Beat in a separate bowl:
    2 eggs
  3. Add to the eggs:
    1/4 cup melted butter
    3/4 cup milk 
  4. Combine liquid and dry ingredients with a few swift strokes. Fold into batter:
    1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    Fill buttered muffin tins two-thirds full and bake 20 minutes until golden.
    Try to let them cool a little, if you can!

    we just might eat

    getting home!
