“Let them praise his name with dancing,
making melody to him with tambourine and lyre!”
PSALM 149:3 ESV
Sometimes, a girl really needs to let her hair down. To dance like no one’s watching. “L♥ve is here, it came to dry up all your tears.” I’m looking for rainbows, everyday miracles. Those are the smallest kind. I need to look closely because they are easily missed: little whites stones zealously gathered by a kindergartener; baby-sized shirts and pants fluttering on the clothesline; an act of selfless love from a three-year-old. The honest pleasures of a simple life. So, I smile to myself, and I laugh out loud. Then I praise the Lord for love, and life, and hope. And just dance!
